Module Choice
College of the Arts and Society
We have created targeted courses for exchange students, depending on your area of study in line with the schools within the college.
- School of Art and Design
- School of Humanities
- School of Media and Performing Arts
- School of Psychological, Social And Behavioural Sciences
To define your study path and avoid disappointment with subject clashes in your timetable, we are allowing you to follow any of our undergraduate programmes taught in the college.
The idea is that you choose the same programme you are studying at your home university from the link provided at the application stage, then select a semester and a year. You will then be following our pre-existing route and this way we can ensure your timetable works.
Please note: It is not possible to combine modules from multiple years, courses or schools due to timetable clashes. If you are here for one semester only, you will only be able to choose modules available during that specific semester. Year 3 modules are only available to students with us for two semesters or semester 1 only.
Please note that modules and timetables are subject to change.
College of Business and Law
All exchange students in the College of Business and Law will be on the course code FBLU045.
The above-mentioned course will provide you with a list of modules that will enable you to choose the best study path that fits your home university's requirements and career aspirations. The module list consists of a wide range from all three schools across the college.
- Coventry Law School
- School of Economics, Finance and Accounting
- School of Management
Students must select one of the three pathways detailed in the module guide. It is not possible to ‘mix and match’ modules.
Please note, modules and timetables are subject to change.
College of Engineering, Environment and Science
All exchange students in the College of Engineering, Environment and Science will be on the course code EECU060.
- Computing, Mathematics and Data Science
- Energy, Construction and Environment
- Future Transport Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- School of Life Sciences

School of Health and Care
All exchange students in the School of Health and Care will be on the course code HLSU219.
The course name and course code remain the same, regardless of your area of study. Whether you choose to study Nursing or Dietetics, your course code/title will be HLSU219.
You will initially select five modules, of which you will undertake three. You will be assigned modules with consideration to timetabling, space on the module, your academic transcripts, and level of English. To avoid timetable clashes, select all your modules from the same department. Please note that your module selections are theoretical modules only.
Participation in clinical placements or work experience is only available if explicitly stated in your institution's Erasmus agreement with Coventry University.
Please note that modules and timetables are subject to change.
