An expert for you to speak to

It is our business to know Coventry University Group like no-one else. We can help you access expert services you might not even know exist, as well as guide you through processes such as generating Student Status Letters or updating your contact information. We aim to be a bridge between you and all aspects of student life.

A friendly voice right from the start

We will be in touch with you when you first arrive, to welcome you and ensure that you are settling in well. Tell us what you need (or what you need to know) and we will connect you to the best person to help, whether that’s us, an academic or one of our support services.

Talk to us in confidence

Our team is trained to listen carefully and compassionately to you. We treat each enquiry professionally and confidentially. Your information is always kept within the confines of the University and will not be discussed with anyone else (including parents).

Helping you discover a sense of belonging

Embarking on University life is both exciting and somewhat daunting. We understand the key milestones and pressure points in the student journey and can help you navigate them successfully. By proactively contacting you at these milestones, we aim to be a consistent source of information and support that you can rely on to help make sense of University life.

Support when you need it most

We utilise data including Touchpoint attendance data and engagement with our online platforms such as Aula to identify students who may be struggling to fully engage with their course. We know that this data does not always give us the full picture, so we will contact you to understand your situation and discuss how we can support you.
