I Have Not Applied Yet

You have a lot of decisions to make over the next year, make sure you’ve done your research early so you can apply with confidence.

Research the university

There’s lots of helpful information in our prospectus and across the website including study abroad years supported by the Centre for Global Engagement.

You can also find out about our scholarships and what’s included if you receive a Flying Start bundle as part of your tuition fees.

The best way to research the University is to visit us for yourself on an Open Day. Don’t worry if you can't make any of our Open Days, we'll also be offering Student-Led Tours throughout the year so you can look around the campus with our friendly Student Ambassadors.

Find the course you want to study

There are thousands of university courses to choose from, so there is bound to be one for you. A good starting point is thinking about what subjects you enjoy, what kind of courses are offered and where they can lead to in the future. Why not have a browse in our course finder or visit our study section for much more information?

I Have Received An Offer

Firstly, congratulations on your offer! It's always great to see so many impressive people applying to Coventry University each year and we hope you are happy with your achievement. You’re now one step closer to university life and all the fun and excitement that goes with it. There’s just one more decision to make, deciding on your Firm and Insurance choices.

Your Firm university is the first choice university you’d like to attend. It’s worth choosing an Insurance option with lower grades than your Firm choice, so you’ve got a university place even if your results are lower than expected and you do not meet the requirements of your conditional offer at your Firm choice university. If you have any questions you want to ask before making this decision, simply fill in our quick enquiry form

Also, don't forget that if you're a high-achieving student you may have been sent an unconditional offer. This means that you have a guaranteed place at Coventry, no matter your final results. For more information on these offers, please visit our unconditional offers FAQ page.

The other steps you need to follow are:

Apply for Student Finance - Now is a great time to get your student finance application done as the sooner you can plan and budget around your studying, the better your experience will be.

Book your accommodation – You can view your accommodation options now. When you have made Coventry University your Firm choice and have been sent a booking link you can apply for accommodation.

Find out more about your course - The Programme Specifications provide more detail about your course and tell you about the modules you could study as well as the learning outcomes.

I Have Accepted My Offer

We’re thrilled that you have accepted your offer from Coventry University and we wish you luck in any exams or coursework you still have to complete. Now that you’ve decided to come to Coventry University, we’d like to make your transition as smooth as possible by helping with everything we can.
