Accommodation options

Once you’ve secured your Clearing university place, you’ll need to decide where to live while you study. Here at Coventry University, we have different options to suit all needs and budgets.

Clearing 2023 is now closed. You can browse all courses starting in September 2024 to get an idea of what's on offer in your chosen subject area.

Coventry

  • We offer a guaranteed place in either university or privately-owned accommodation for all Coventry University and CU Coventry applicants accepted through UCAS Clearing.
  • Our accommodation options include something for everyone, with standard rooms, en-suite flats and studios all in self- catered halls. We’re sure you’ll find a place to call home here in Coventry. All halls have communal and social areas so you can relax, live and study in one cleverly designed space.

ResLife Team

ResLife, a team dedicated to ensuring you get the most out of your accommodation experience, organise a range of halls-based events, from film nights to craft days. They also arrange day trips, from shopping at Bicester Village to the festivities at German Christmas markets.

We also partner with other providers of university halls, to offer you the best range of accommodation. All of the halls are in the centre of Coventry, so you’ll be near to campus and a range of useful facilities during your time studying with us.

Monique Christian

I’ve lived at both Bishop Gate in my first year and Godiva Place in my second and now my third year. The one thing I love about both is the social spaces and the rooms. There’s lots of facilities and social areas to meet new people.
