Living in university-owned halls of residence
We are committed to providing accommodation that enhances your university experience. If you decide to live in one of our university-owned halls of residence provided through FutureLets, you will automatically benefit from a wide range of additional opportunities and support initiatives from their Residence Life team, ResLife.
The ResLife team exists to ensure you have all the help, support and resources you need whilst living in university-owned halls so you can thrive, whatever stage of university life you may be in. They do this by:
- providing you with access to a wide range of health and well-being support
- organising exciting social events and away days
- providing you with lots of opportunities to learn new life skills
- creating a safe and welcoming community where you can make new friends and feel at home

The ResLife team are here to help you!
Our ResLife assistants are the beating heart of what we do and will be your first point of contact. They can help with academic and personal issues and are there for you if you need advice, support, or just someone to talk to. If they can’t directly help you, they will strive to find the person or team who can.
All our assistants are Coventry University students. They get what it means to be a young adult dealing with all the excitement and anxiety that comes with leading a more independent life. Nervous about living away from home for the first time? They will help you through it. Never cooked an egg before? They can show you how!
Being in the ResLife team is a way for me to contribute to creating a safe environment where you can feel accepted and part of a group. We're here to welcome you into a safe and fun environment where you can meet new people and connect. In university halls, you will always find someone from our team you can talk to. We care about your well-being and love to support you in any possible way.Maria Fernandez, Media Production student and ResLife Assistant, quoted 2022
