UK Research and Innovation (UKRI). UKRI works in partnership with universities, research organisations, businesses, charities, and government to support researchers. Coventry has had recent success with winning funding from the UKRI; Prof Benny Tjahjono was a recipient of PGR funding support from the Global Challenges Research Fund.
The Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC). Now part of the UKRI, the ESRC is the UK's largest organisation for funding research on economic and social issues.
