RESEARCH SUBJECT AND INTERESTS

My research interests include conomic development, partnership working, social enterprise, enterprise and opportunity and community safety and cohesion. My current research explores the decentralisation of economic policy looking in particular at how Local Enterprise Partnerships support local growth and manage and report on performance. It reviews the current forms of performance management adopted by LEPs and critiques established frameworks to assess their suitability. The study aims to test and propose a framework that will be suitable for use by all LEPs.
