This is an exciting, immersive two week course for students with an interest in TV production. Taught in our state-of-the-art facilities, students will learn the aesthetics, techniques, and practice of TV production in order to produce creative media in a multi-camera studio. Course content includes: cameras, sound, vision mixing, presenting, lighting, graphics, directing, and editing. Editorial workshops will guide students through the production process; from research to running orders, scripts, and good practice.
Participants will be working collaboratively to deliver on-air and online content, culminating in the production of a broadcast quality TV programme. Participants will be guided by experienced and dedicated members of staff in a mix of workshops and practical skill sessions. Due to the equipment requirement, we must have a minimum of 10 students in order to run this course.
Please note: The prices listed relate only to applications made directly to the University and that the fees for applications made via agents or other third parties may be higher.
