About the School of Health and Care

Learning through exploring underpins everything our students do in the School of Health and Care at Coventry University. This approach has secured us a world-renowned reputation for developing exceptional, industry-ready graduates and successful leaders. With over 6000 students enrolled in our faculty, we are committed to this vision of learning through exploration, creating the next generation of health and science leaders.

Our dedication to our students is demonstrated through our new multi-million pound Alison Gingell Building, which was officially opened by the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge on January 16th 2018.

The building provides state-of-the-art facilities for students, such as hospital simulation, rehabilitation, clinical skills training, sport and exercise environments. The building also includes a BioSciences super-lab alongside a range of life sciences research facilities.

Not content with just with having a local impact, you will have access to our worldwide links with universities and institutions. We currently have active partners in China, Hong Kong, India, Malaysia, Sri Lanka and Turkey.

If you can’t commit to attending classes on-campus, you might be interested in our online learning Nursing MSc.
