Visited us before?

With our Applicant Day you will be able to experience one of our new more in-depth subject tasters to give you a flavour of how you will be taught. If you are travelling by rail there is a free shuttle bus service operating between the station and the university throughout the day. Starting at the station at 8.30am, the journey takes around 5 minutes, with the last bus leaving campus at 4pm. A wheelchair accessible bus is also available, please ask a student ambassador on your arrival at the station and they will arrange this for you.

If you prefer to walk, it takes about 20-minute to get to The Hub central check-in location.

Travel by bus

If travelling by bus or coach, Coventry’s Pool Meadow Bus Station is a 10-minute walk to The Hub central check-in location.

Check-in and event programme

On arrival you’ll need to check in. You will receive details of where to check in and your programme closer to your event date so please check your email.

Your free lunch

At check-in, you will be given a lanyard and your guests (up to 4) will each receive a wristband. You can use your lanyard for a free hot meal or sandwich – depending on which food outlet you use. You can use any of the open catering outlets on campus (except Costa Coffee) between 11.30am and 2.00pm. Please check with individual food and drink outlets if you have any dietary requirements.

Subject and general activities

Your subject-specific activity (and any enhanced offer task you may have been advised of) begins at 1.30pm. These offer you an opportunity to get a more in-depth experience of what it’s like to study here.
