My course is very practical with lots of facilities and lots connections with the media industry. As some of my lecturers still work in media, they understand how the sector is constantly improving and evolving which I find very inspirational.

We try to ensure our courses are grounded in reality and offer what employers are looking for in graduates. We’re proud that 97% of our graduates are employed or in further study six months after graduation (DLHE 2016/17, UK), due in part to the practical nature of our courses, and our fantastic links with employers.
The best thing about Coventry University is definitely the practical facilities. We had a simulation with the West Midlands Ambulance Service of a tower block fire which was really good - they try to make the course as real to life as possible.
