    Choose us

    Select us as your Clearing choice at UCAS and accept your offer with us within 24 hours.

  2. 2

    Register for your virtual card

    We’ll send you an email with a form to complete to register details for your digital card. This must be completed before 30 September 2026.

  3. 3

    Activate your virtual card

    After completing the form, you’ll receive an email from The University’s third-party card provider with instructions on accessing your virtual card via an app. Separate terms may apply to your use of the card and app. Where supported by your device, the card can be added to Apple Pay or Google Wallet.

  4. 4

    Enrol and start spending

    Once you have successfully enrolled for our September or November 2026 intake and we have confirmed your eligibility, we’ll load your £100 balance. You can spend it online or in-store anywhere that accepts Visa – on or off campus.

Terms and conditions

  • Deadline to submit your form: 30 September 2026.
  • The scheme is available only to students who:
    • (a) are assessed by the University as UK home fee paying
    • (b) are enrolling for the first time on a full-time undergraduate course in September 2026 or November 2026
    • (c) meet the published eligibility criteria and complete any required registration steps.
  • The £100 balance will be loaded to the virtual card after successful enrolment and verification of eligibility.
  • The scheme is available to direct applicants who accept their offer directly with the university and UCAS applicants accepting the University as their Firm or Insurance choice.
  • The scheme applies only to eligible students enrolling at Coventry University, Coventry University London, CU Coventry, CU Scarborough, and CU London at Dagenham and Greenwich. The scheme does not apply to students enrolling at Coventry University Wrocław, Coventry University Online or on apprenticeship programmes.
  • Where a student is eligible for more than one University enrolment incentive or welcome offer, only one such offer will apply. In such circumstances, the student will receive the incentive or offer with the higher value, as determined by the University. The University will determine which offer applies in accordance with its published eligibility criteria. Eligible students who meet the published criteria will receive the scheme benefit, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these terms.
  • The University reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the scheme where reasonably necessary, including to correct administrative error, prevent fraud, or comply with legal or regulatory requirements. Any such change will not affect students who have already accepted their offer and met the published eligibility criteria, except where the change is required for reasons outside the University’s reasonable control.
  • The University will determine eligibility for the scheme in accordance with these terms. If you believe the scheme has not been applied correctly, including because of an administrative or procedural error, you may raise a complaint under the University’s usual complaints process.
  • The University may withdraw the benefit of the scheme, or seek repayment of any amount already paid, where it reasonably believes that false, misleading, or incomplete information has been provided in connection with eligibility.
