Password Reset
- It is important to make you aware that passwords for Coventry University staff expire after 30 days of inactivity. In this case, you will need to reset your password by calling Digital Services at 02477 657777.
- You need to ensure the following for the password reset to work as you will receive your new password via TEXT:
1. You provided us with a mobile telephone number as part of your HR/appointment documentation;
2. Your mobile number hasn’t changed and still have access to it;
3. You use that mobile number to contact Digital Services.
Newly appointed External Examiners will receive a formal appointment letter containing a link to the Academic Quality and Assurance (AQuA) website, where comprehensive information regarding the role, responsibilities, and associated processes can be found.
