The registry team within a university is integral to both administrative efficiency and student academic success. They handle a broad range of responsibilities from admissions support, ensuring smooth transition for new students, to meticulous record-keeping of grades and results.

They oversee course enrolment and registration, making sure students meet expectations and managing course capacities. The team is also crucial in managing the logistical aspects of examinations and maintaining the integrity of these processes. As students near graduation, the registry conducts audits to verify degree requirements are met and clears students for graduation.

Serving as a key resource, the registry team offers guidance on academic policies and registration issues, supporting students throughout their academic journey.
