Stretching by Design
Stretching by Design worked closely with HDTI in the development of this innovative product to alleviate the symptoms of multiple sclerosis and spasticity.
LARA – the Leg Adductor Relaxation Assistor is a lightweight device that fits between the legs to allow a person to stretch and re-educate the leg adductor muscles easily and safely.
HDTI provided services in industrial design, design development, CAD modelling and prototyping, as well as expert assessment of the product in the form of focus groups and a HDTI managed field trial with a group of users in their own homes.
