Six and Out
Thomas Rowley approached HDTI looking for assistance in the development of his smoking cessation device.
The innovative ‘six and out’ system is not reliant on drugs but instead reduces the amount of harmful and addictive chemicals inhaled using six specially designed filters, each one reducing the harmful effects more than the previous. At this point the smoker is more likely to be able to stop smoking.
HDTI provided CAD modelling expertise to develop the filters and produced rapid prototypes suitable for injection moulding. HDTI also produced concept designs for the packaging of the ‘six and out’ product.
