Sponsored students

If your fees are to be paid partially or fully by a sponsor such as your employer, you will need to provide a sponsor letter or fee authorisation form prior to enrolment. The letter from your sponsor should:

  • be on company headed paper
  • state the amount of funding you will be receiving
  • the academic year the funding relates to.

For full sponsor letter requirements please refer to our tuition fee terms and conditions.

Fee authorisation forms are only to be completed by registered organisations and companies. In all cases the document must be signed by an authorised signatory.

The completed form/sponsor letter should be scanned and emailed to debtenq.fin@coventry.ac.uk.
