National Postgraduate Loans

From Academic Year2018/2019, loans will be available of up to £25,000 from the UK Government for Doctoral Students starting a full or part time course. To be eligible for this loan you must be:

  • An English Student
  • Accepted for Doctoral Degree at a UK University
  • Not in receipt of a Research Council living allowance

The loans will be available to self-funded UK nationals aged 59 or under. This website will be updated once full details have been announced by the UK government.
