Whether you aim to move into specialist clinical posts, step into leadership or progress to master's-level study, this course is designed to prepare you for the next stage of your career.

You will build on your clinical experience by exploring essential areas of modern practice, including leadership, digital health technologies, healthcare policy and research application. Through practical, step-by-step learning, you will collaborate with peers to evaluate clinical research, address real-world challenges and build personal resilience.

Please note: this programme is designed to support continuing professional development (CPD) and career progression by helping you develop advanced knowledge and skills in areas such as leadership, quality improvement, evidence-based practice and digital healthcare.
