CoventryConferences offers quality meeting and conference facilities in a professional and modern environment.
We're based on Coventry University Technology Park, a nucleus of innovation and entrepreneurial activity, and we offer over 28 multi-functional spaces within 4 buildings.
Our versatile spaces can accommodate anywhere from 2 to 200 delegates and can cater to a variety of layouts.
The rooms are all ideal for meetings, conferences and events, workshops, training and interviews. We work with local hotels in order to put together the best possible 24 hour rate to ensure peace of mind when organising your events.
Hosting an event with us couldn’t be easier. We are within easy walking distance of Coventry Railway Station, which is less than 12 minutes from Birmingham International Station. We are also accessible by car via the extensive Midlands motorway network.

Conference & Meeting Rooms
The largest of our conference rooms is CC1.3, which boasts a state of the art integral AV system including stage, lectern and microphones.
Our other rooms have either plasma screens or data projectors built in along with either a laptop or computer. All the equipment as listed come at no extra cost, and with peace of mind that our dedicated AV Technician is always on hand to deliver technical support and assistance.

Our multi-functional spaces provide the perfect blank canvas for you to mould into your conferencing masterpiece, and with the help of our operational team we can assist you in getting there that much faster.

Our organisation has chosen to use the services of CoventryConferences at the Techno Centre for 10 years now. The venue is excellent, with a variety of rooms to suit our diverse needs. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. The catering is second to none and the onsite parking a real bonus for delegates. We plan to continue our ongoing relationship with the centre for the foreseeable future – after all it’s hard to beat excellence!

Executive Meeting Rooms
Whether it’s a one to one interview, team workshop or a game-changing presentation, our smaller intimate rooms are a perfect fit.
We have the capability to provide teleconferencing in all the rooms, which is assisted through our onsite AV Technician. Our state of the art AV/IT facilities along with our high standard finish ensures the Executive rooms boast a corporate atmosphere.

Simulation Centre
The Simulation Centre conference rooms are modern, bright and airy offering a contemporary space and backdrop for your event.
Four rooms spaced over two floors, along with the large open Atrium space – The Simulation Centre lends itself well for those large conferences. You can enjoy the freedom and space whilst still maintaining the corporate atmosphere. The “Atrium Street” offers the ideal display area for exhibitions, product launches or a mock stock exchange. The Coventry Technocentre has hosted our software conference for the last four years. The staff have been friendly and have been willing to cater for every whim and every crazy idea we have wanted to do. The conference has grown from 200 to 600 delegates and CoventryConferences have worked with us and provided assistance and ideas to help the conference to continue to be a warm and friendly atmosphere at higher numbers, The venue has been a great sopace which to deliver talks and training but also provides excellent food from the morning conference breakfast through to the form conference meal.
