Set up your UKVI e-Visa account

You must set up your UKVI e-visa account to view and prove your immigration status before you travel to the UK.


Apply for your visa

You’ll need a Student Visa to study with us in the UK. You can apply when you have your Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS). Your CAS is valid for 6 months and includes a number that you’ll need for your visa application.

Get your Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS)

A Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) is an electronic document you’ll need to apply for your UK Student Visa under the UKVI Student Route. It’s issued by Coventry University and includes a unique CAS number and a summary of your course, fees, and personal details. This is what UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) uses to process your visa.

Pay your deposit

Paying your deposit is important and you should do it before you travel. To meet all university and visa requirements, you must make this payment. If you don’t, you won’t be able to enrol or legally remain in the UK.

UniPart Manufacturing

Coventry University and Unipart Manufacturing have a long-standing partnership which developed to see them create the Institute for Advanced Manufacturing and Engineering (AME).


Awards and classifications

Coursework includes any assessed work outside the main exam periods. This covers essays, dissertations, projects, presentations, artefacts, lab or studio tasks, and phase tests organised by your course.


Examinations and individual arrangements

We run written and digital examinations on campus, which may be open or closed book.


Academic integrity

Academic integrity means being honest, fair and responsible in your studies. You must complete all academic work independently and truthfully and follow the rules for referencing using sources.
