Through exposure to global trends, economic aspects of educational services, and principles of equality, diversity, and inclusion, participants will gain a well-rounded perspective on managing educational institutions effectively.
Additionally, the programme integrates key aspects of managerial psychology, academic and general English writing, project management, and research methodologies. By engaging with diverse case studies and business theories, participants will enhance their strategic thinking and decision-making skills. The programme concludes with an individual project, enabling participants to apply their acquired knowledge and skills to address real-world challenges in the Kazakhstani education sector, bridging theory and practice.
