Researchers from Coventry University’s Centre for Dance Research (C-DaRE) have come together to create learning materials on how to create user engagement with digital cultural heritage.
The Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) “Creating a Digital Cultural Heritage Community” is the outcome of a partnership between Coventry University and KU Leuven (Belgium). The content is inspired by the research undertaken for both the Kaleidoscope and CultureMoves projects, which explore photography and dance respectively.
A variety of modules have been created, featuring content on photography, museums, dance, and material cultural heritage.
Researchers from C-DaRE are delighted to offer the opportunity to engage with a wide audience of cultural heritage institutions, teachers and students, in order to open up thinking around building digital communities for cultural heritage.
