Staying in Coventry University accommodation is a convenient and affordable way to stay in Coventry and is suitable for small or large groups. FutureLets Properties
Standard Rooms
- Shared bathrooms and shared kitchen area.
- Bedrooms contain a single bed, handbasin, wardrobe, desk, chair, bookshelf and bin.
- Singer Hall is self-catered, and kitchens contain an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, iron and ironing board.
- Priory Hall is catered (Monday-Friday, breakfast and evening meal), and shared kitchenettes are provided for lunch and weekend cooking.
- Bathroom facilities include shower, bathroom and WC.
- Communal Areas
- Social space with TV.
- Study space with desk, chairs and TV for connecting laptops.
Ensuite Rooms
- Self-catered, single bedrooms with shared bathrooms.
- Bedrooms contain a ¾ bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, bookshelf and bin.
- Living spaces have kitchens which contain oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, iron and ironing board, seating area with TV’s.
- Communal Areas
- Social spaces with TV, pool table and vending machines.
- Study spaces with desks, chairs and TVs for connecting laptops.
Studios
- Our studios are equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi, with certain locations having TV’s in the rooms.
- Studio apartments contain a double bed with ben linen, wardrobe, desk, chair, bookshelf and bin.
- Kitchen areas contain an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, iron and ironing board, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils.
- Ensuite bathrooms contain a shower, sink and WC.

Short Term Lets
If you are coming to Coventry for a short stay to study, teach or visit during term time, we offer Short Term Lets in a variety of properties on and off campus. We work with the University's onsite caterers and can offer both catered and self-catered options. Our accommodation creates a professional feel which is perfect for lecturers and postgraduates, whilst also having the amenities to create the home away from home feeling for parents or guardians wishing to visit students.

If you are coming to Coventry University for a short stay to teach or visit during term time, we offer accommodation on a short-term basis in our serviced apartments. We have everything ranging from a studio at Old County Court, to 1 and 2-bedroom apartments at Belgrade Plaza.
We have Old County Court which is situated in the historic Cathedral Quarter. Old County Court is steeped in history. The property has 17 studios equipped with TVs, complimentary Wi-Fi and kitchenette featuring Hob, microwave and fridge. All studios are en-suite with toilet and shower. Toiletries and linen provided.
We also have a range of stylish serviced apartments at Belgrade Plaza which is centrally located above Mulberry's, Pizza Express and Bella Italia. We have 1 & 2 bedroom apartments featuring double beds, flat screen smart TV, with lounge, kitchen and dining space, complete with oven & hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster and kettle. Servicing is provided on a weekly basis for stays at both properties.
