Dr. Natalia Rocha Lawton

Lecturer in Human Resources and Organisational Behaviour | ab8502@coventry.ac.uk Dr. Lawton has experience as an advisor in the Energy sector, and has presented and organised numerous Conference Streams. Her research focuses on international HRM, international employment relations and gender and diversity studies.


Dr. Nicholas Wylie

Associate Professor in Human Resource Management | nick.wylie@coventry.ac.uk Dr. Wylie is Course Director for numerous postgraduate HRM courses, as well as teaching Leading Managing and Developing People at postgraduate level. His research focuses on internal consultancy.
