Event details

This event forms part of Coventry University's Festival of Social Science 2024.

Join us to explore the world of digital wellbeing and health through game play. Try out HADO, the augmented-reality sport hailing from Japan; get advice from Coventry City Council’s digital inclusion team, #CovConnects on staying safe and avoiding misinformation online, and design your own inclusive, accessible games with the team from Coventry University.

We increasingly live our lives online. How can we stay well, and how do we battle misinformation? How can we use AR and other tech to enhance our lives and wellbeing?

Who’s leading the event?

Coventry University's GameChangers team from the Centre for Postdigital Cultures alongside HADO-UK's Jim Sephton, researcher Sam Clarke and the Coventry Council #CoventryConnects team.
