Biography

Dr Crystal ZHANG BA (hons.) is the Associate Head of School (Quality and Accreditation) and Principal Lecturer in HRM and OB at School of Marketing and Management, Faculty of Business and Law, Coventry University. She received her doctoral and master’s degree in HRM and OB from Leeds University Business School, Leeds University, UK. She is a CIPD member, holds the MBTI licensed as a practitioner and is a senior fellow for Higher Education Academy. Her research interests are in international human resource management, cross-cultural learning, leadership, career development for high skilled migrants and global talent management. Her current publications are in the area of: learning theories, cross-cultural HRD, talent management. She acts as reviewers for journals and a chair person for research tracks international conferences. She has delivered and designed executive training for MNEs.
