Health Innovation and Skills

Get in touch

Coventry University Group drives health innovation and workforce development to strengthen patient care and address critical skills gaps in the healthcare sector.

We collaborate closely with local colleges, NHS trusts, businesses and communities to co-create evidence-based solutions to healthcare challenges, while helping to develop the next generation of healthcare professionals.

Through our health apprenticeships, skills development programmes and initiatives such as the Community Diagnostic Centre, we are ensuring that current and future healthcare workers can deliver better patient care, apply emerging technologies and treatments safely and contribute to more efficient and sustainable health services.

By combining innovation with skills development, we are not only increasing the healthcare workforce but also reducing inequalities and supporting the growth of the health and care sector.
