Whitefriars Building

Found on Whitefriars Street and just around the corner from the Ellen Terry Building, the Whitefriars Building is recognisable for the same iconic Art Deco façade. The facilities are accessed from street level and take up the first and second floors.

The Equality, Diversity and Inclusion team call Whitefriars home; playing a pivotal part in ensuring that staff, students and guests are free to operate in a welcoming and tolerant environment, the team’s work empowers people to transform their lives and society, through enterprise, teaching, learning and research.

Also found in Whitefriars is the Centre for Global Learning; they focus on using high-quality research to shape policies and practices. Their goal is to improve teaching and learning in higher education and beyond.

Whitefriars also offers flexible workspaces such as hot desks, a quiet area, meeting rooms and an open-plan office space.
