Our Buildings

Our Coventry city centre campus is developing and evolving, and a £500 million-plus investment includes:

  • a new Engineering and Computing Building,
  • a science and health facility, and
  • two new transport research facilities

thus ensuring the university remains at the forefront of innovation in teaching and enterprise.

We are an integral part of our city with over 20 buildings on the main 33-acre site in Coventry city centre.

We have made £356 million total investment over the last decade, and invested £160 million in the last three years, including the £14m CU Scarborough and our £4.5 million renovation of a grade II listed building at CU London.

Our Estates team work closely with Coventry City Council, Coventry and Warwickshire Local Enterprise Partnership (CWLEP) and other partners to demonstrate our commitment to our communities - from social enterprise to estate regeneration.
