Your Contract

You can apply for rooms in Market Way by submitting an online application to FutureLets. We will then allocate you a room (subject to availability and academic conditions being met), and will refer your application to Study Inn. They will then make contact with you to process your deposit, set up a payment plan and finalise your contract. Please note: your contract will be with Study Inn, and your rental payments will be made to them, NOT to FutureLets.

***Included within the accommodation instalment plan is a £250 damage deposit fee. This deposit is refundable if your room and all equipment is in good standing order at the end of your tenancy. You are able to view your deposit account via the in-house resident log-in. Terms & conditions can be found within the Study Inn student residential licence agreement.
