Franziska's story

No end of year exams is a big plus

Franziska was a Deputy Head of a preschool, but struggled as her qualifications weren’t enough to progress. She came to CU London to study Business Management & Leadership and hasn’t looked back.

The small class sizes helped her settle in. Because she doesn’t have end of year exams, she can focus better on her degree.

The structure of the course helps Franziska balance her studies around busy London life. She works part-time as a children’s Kung Fu instructor and travels the world outside of class time.

It’s a very positive atmosphere to learn. Everyone is motivated and really willing to help you and go the extra step.

The relationship with my classmates is very good. I joined the course at a later point and they welcomed me into the family.

Not having end of year exams is incredible because you can focus on what you are doing at the time. The module structure means you can get into one topic, do one great assignment and have a practical approach.

CU London is more affordable than other places to study. For me it was a huge selling point. I was a bit afraid when I first started because I’m a mature student but I’m a very happy person at CU London, I really like studying here.
