PhD student Natalie Dukes won the best PGR Student Poster Presentation prize at the Coventry University Excellence Awards on Thursday 25th June 2015. Natalie was one of 12 finalists who had to prepare and deliver a three minute pitch to the panel and the University Conference delegates. Natalie is supervised by Marylyn Carrigan, Caroline Moraes and Carmela Bosangit.

“Natalie handled herself very well in the presentation session and was praised at the awards ceremony for the very convincing way in which she dealt with questions from the panel and the audience. This is great news for Natalie and also great profile for the CBiS PGR programme so early on in the process. Well done to Natalie and her team”  - Nigel Berkeley, Associate Dean and Acting Director (CBiS).
