Co-creating information on using smartwatches to support self-management with people with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) and healthcare practitioners
Coventry University’s Centre for Healthcare and Communities is excited to launch a new website designed to support people with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) in using smartwatch technology to manage their health. The online resource, created through the Co-Wise COPD Study, combines patient and practitioner input to provide accessible guidance and information for those looking to track, monitor, and manage COPD with smartwatches.

This event is open to all, with particular interest for COPD patients, healthcare providers (especially respiratory practitioners and pulmonary rehabilitation practitioners (e.g. physiotherapists, occupational therapists). Other groups may include families and caregivers of individuals with COPD, researchers in digital health, and patient advocacy groups.
