Partnering with healthcare and students, it trains future nutritionists while educating existing professionals. This project, launched in June 2022, operates in a disadvantaged Rio community through in-person and remote sessions. A team of academics, health professionals, community leaders, and interns collaborate to bridge theory and practice, addressing community needs and empowering the workforce.
