Event details

On Thursday 5th March, Professor Julia Carroll from the Centre for Global Learning: Education and Attainment will be presenting her work with individuals with special educational needs at different points in the education system.

A great deal is known about early support and identification of special educational needs in the primary school years, but much less is understood about how individual needs change as children grow up.

With a particular focus on dyslexia and specific learning difficulties, Professor Carroll will contrast the different expectations, demands and approaches to support taken at primary school, secondary school and university.
