Thursday 18 August 2011
Following publicity from an article on the WIRED magazine website as well as mentions in the Times Higher Education magazine and British newspaper, The Telegraph, the free online Photography and Narrative class #Phonar has received its 20,000th visitor this month alone.
Class leader and senior photography lecturer Jonathan Worth has also been inundated with requests to join - this week over 800 people from around the world have asked to be part of the innovative online classes.
The phonar schedule, as well as guest speakers and special events, will be announced shortly. If you would like to be kept informed of developments you can email Jonathan Worth or Matt Johnston to be put on the open class register, or alternatively visit the #Phonar blog.
