Dr Moya Kneafsey and colleagues have successfully won the FP7 project ‘FOODMETRES’ - Food Planning and Innovation for Sustainable Metropolitan Regions - which is led by Wageningen University in the Netherlands. Elizabeth Cheese is assisting on the project.
