The programme follows an intensive 5-day structure with a unique theme attributed to each day ranging from crisis and resilience management, dealing with the media and creating a presence for business, Islamic Finance Fintech and introduction to the Trading floor. The programme also includes training on the first ever Islamic banking simulation software developed by BIBF and allow trainees to experience various aspects of an Islamic bank including asset – liability management, treasury functions, Profit & Loss and balance sheet maintenance etc.

The training will be conducted by professional academics and industry experts from the UK and will have a ‘hands on approach’ to learning.
