Undergraduate Open Days

You can claim between £20 and £65, depending on how far you travel.

• £20 if you are travelling within Coventry and Warwickshire (all postcodes beginning with CV)
• £35 if you are travelling within East or West Midlands (all postcodes beginning B, DE, DN, DY, HR, LD, LE, LN, MK, NG, NN, NP, OX, PE, S, SK, ST, SY, TF, WR, WS or WV)
• £65 if you are travelling from outside the East or West Midlands.

You can claim if you have travelled to one of our Open Days by bus, coach, train, tram or bicycle.

• You must be based in the UK and have a UK bank account
• We will reimburse a maximum of two claims per academic year
• You can make one claim per household.

At the Open Day, scan the QR code at the event help desk in The Hub building. This will give you access to an online form to upload your public transport proof of purchase and make your claim. If you came by bicycle (unlocked) take a photo of your bicycle on campus when you arrive and upload this to the online form.

Should you have trouble scanning the QR code please use this form. Please note that all claims are checked to ensure that the individual checked-in at a Coventry University Open Day.

After completing the form, you'll receive a secure weblink to Convera, a money transfer service. You'll have 10 business days to enter your bank details on the Convera form. Once completed successfully, your funds will be transferred to your bank account within 10 business days.
