Course interviews
Our interviews are designed to get to know you, your motivation, passion and potential for your chosen course. It’s also your chance to find out more about what studying with us is really like, ask questions, and share what inspires you about your future career. Most interviews take place in small groups, but sometimes you might be invited to attend on your own if group interviews are not possible. Either way, our tutors will do their best to make you feel comfortable and confident. Each course has its own interview format and admissions tutor guidance, so make sure to check the dropdown list below for the details that apply to you.
Things to think about before your interview
Here are a few themes you might want to reflect on:
- Why have you chosen this course and career path?
- How do you handle challenges or stressful situations?
- What do you know about current issues in healthcare and society?
- What skills, strengths or values make you a good fit for this profession?
Remember, there are no trick questions! We just want to understand your genuine interest and how you think.
Top tip: the interview isn’t meant to be intimidating. Take a deep breath, be yourself, and treat it as a conversation about your goals and passions.
If you receive a conditional offer after your interview, congratulations! Make sure to read the offer carefully and respond as soon as you can. Some courses may also need DBS and health checks before you can enrol.
If you have any questions, our Customer Onboarding Team is here to help.
