Dr. Rochelle Sassman

MY RESEARCH VISION

My research interest lies in the area of knowledge management, specifically the application of knowledge management in healthcare in developing countries.  I have developed a framework which focused on supporting intra-organisational knowledge sharing in HIV/AIDS NGOs in South Africa, having worked with several HIV/AIDS NGOs in my native South Africa.  In the future, I plan to focus on knowledge management in other health related areas in Africa, having already made links with experts in the field of albinism.
