You can make a single advance payment to cover your hall fees or choose to spread the cost by paying in instalments. Payments are taken on these dates for students starting in September 2024:
- Payment 1: 3 October 2024
- Payment 2: 20 January 2025
- Payment 3: 24 April 2025
International students are expected to pay both the Advance Licence Fee and the first instalment payment at the point of booking.
Depending on your contract length you may only need to pay through two instalments, this will be made clear to you during the booking process. Students on a 30 week contract or those joining us for one semester are required to pay in full.

We’ve partnered with Convera to provide a simple and cost effective service to pay your accommodation fees using a debit/credit card or a bank transfer, whether you are an International or a UK student.
