Ways to pay
You can make a single advance payment to cover your hall fees or choose to spread the cost by paying in installments. There is an Advance Fee of £300 required at the point of booking to secure your room which will count towards your final rent payment. Payments are taken on these dates:
- Payment 1: 3 October 2022
- Payment 2: 17 January 2023
- Payment 3: 24 April 2023
International students are expected to pay both the Advance Fee and the first installment payment at the point of booking.
Depending on your contract length you may only need to pay through two installments, this will be made clear to you during the booking process. Students on a 30 week contract or those joining us for one semester are required to pay in full.
Payment options
We accept credit and debit cards, bank transfers made directly to the university or via our online TransferMate payment system which is open to both UK and international students.

1. Recurring card payment
If you submit your credit or debit card details to us and give us permission to do so, we can take payments on the specified due dates.

2. Pay online with a credit or debit card
Once you've enrolled onto your course you'll be given your Student ID. You'll need this to gain access to our online payment portal where you'll be able to pay with a credit or debit card.

3. Pay by bank transfer
You can pay directly to the university's account by bank transfer. You'll need to include your student ID, your full name and add the reference 'accommodation fees'.

4. Pay by TransferMate payment portal
