Congratulations to Coventry University's Impact Officer Julie Bayley, who has been awarded the top prize in the recent Association of Research Managers and Administrators (ARMA) Awards.

Julie was chosen as the winner of the ‘Impact’ category which celebrates “a research manager or research management team that has invented, innovated or transformed the processes for supporting the translation of research into societal impact”.

This was in recognition of the breadth of funding, engagement and training activities she undertakes within the University, alongside developing impact approaches across the sector.

The Association of Research Managers and Administrators (ARMA) is the professional association for research management in the UK. As part of their 25th Anniversary celebrations, ARMA have launched a programme of inaugural awards to recognise the achievements of ‘leading protagonists within the profession’.
