With the COVID-19 pandemic forcing a recent cultural shift to a new remote and hybrid workplace, new technologies becoming available, and improvements in connectivity and online collaboration, this event will look at how employers will need to adapt their workplace of the future, and how to meet the challenge of attracting and retaining talent. Our guest speakers Jack Hazell, Director of Operations at Nimbus and Holly Marshall, Senior Consultant at Beep Consulting, will look at the changing attitudes to the workplace and if the '9am to 5pm' culture is on the way out. We'll look at the new technologies available and how businesses need to prepare more than ever for improved connectivity and collaboration through technology. Finally, we'll hear from Hollie Edwards, Communications Apprentice at City of Culture, about entering the world of work, and hear her expectations and hopes for her career and workplace.
