Part of the Coventry University Supports Mental Health Awareness Week series.

It is anticipated that there will be an increase in anxiety as the UK workforce returns to the workplace following the pandemic. This Virtual Event will offer participants the opportunity to reflect on and understand their emotions as they contemplate their return to the workplace with a focus on strengthening resilience. The session will include short presentations from experts in the field who will also offer hints and tips to support the transition.
