Towards Inclusive Teaching of Culturally Diverse Students
This session is a chance for you to reflect on your current classroom practice, on assessment, and to some extent, on how you design programmes. Inclusive teaching is accessible, understandable and relevant for all students. However, teaching culturally diverse students can provide the prompt to review current practices and processes. Can they be more inclusive? You will hear of approaches and examples from around the world and be introduced to resources to support action plans for change. The focus is on what teachers might do to ensure all students have opportunities to learn and to succeed.
