Teaching international students: Part 1

Course Overview

Inclusive teaching practices are said to be accessible, understandable and relevant for all students, including international students.  This workshop will provide you with an opportunity to reflect on how inclusive your current classroom practice, assessment, and course design processes are and may just be the prompt to review current practices and processes.  We will explore the needs of international students and what you may possibly do to ensure all students have opportunities to learn and to succeed.  You will also learn more about approaches, resources and examples to support you in bringing about change where needed.
