Join us in September 2024

We're here to help you with the university application process. Come along to our Open Day on 20 January to chat to current students, or speak to them through the Unibuddy platform.

Applying through UCAS:

1

Register in the UCAS Hub

Ensure you have chosen Undergraduate level of study and the year you want to start, you'll then be taken to your UCAS Hub dashboard where you can begin your application.
2

Complete all sections

These include: personal details, additional information (for UK students only), course choices, employment history, personal statement and reference. You can also nominate a parent or guardian who can speak to UCAS on your behalf.
3

Choose your course

You can choose up to five courses (all now or some later). There’s no preference order and your universities/colleges won’t see where else you’ve applied until after you reply to any offers you get. Our UCAS code is C85.
4

Add your personal statement

You have a maximum of 4,000 characters including spaces. If you need guidance on writing yours, check out Millie's top tips for writing a Personal Statement.
5

Check, check, check again!

Review your application, making sure all parts are ticked as complete.
6

Provide reference details

If you’re applying through your school or college, once you submit your application it will go to your referee prior to it reaching UCAS.
7

Pay and submit your application

If you’re applying through a school or college, they will let you know if and when you should pay them. If applying as an individual, you can add your card details to make a payment. For 2024 entry, the application fee is £27.50 for up to five choices. Don't forget to apply by the UCAS deadline on 31st January!

We aim to make you an offer within two weeks. Add @coventry.ac.uk and @ucas.com to your email safe senders and check your emails regularly.
