Your Student ID card
Access to services: Your student ID card is essential for accessing a wide range of campus facilities. Whether you're entering the library or using computer labs your ID card acts as your personal key. It ensures that only enrolled students can use these resources, helping maintain a secure and efficient environment for study and recreation.
Attendance monitoring: Your student ID card is also important for keeping track of your attendance. At many lectures and seminars, you’ll scan your card when you arrive. This helps us to support your learning and check in if you miss a few sessions. It’s a simple way to stay connected and make sure you’re getting the most out of your time here.
Remember your card is just for you - never give it to anyone else to use.

Replacing your ID card
If your student ID card is lost, stolen, or damaged, you can request a replacement through the Digital Services online portal or by visiting the Student Services desk. There may be a small fee for replacement, so it’s a good idea to keep your card safe. Once replaced, your new card will be activated and ready to use straight away.
